The Effect of Fish Protein Organic Fertilizer

The main nutrients include polypeptides, oligopeptides, free amino acids, natural trace elements, unsaturated fatty acids, organic matter and many unknown growth factors, etc. Compared with amino acids and polypeptides, it has more diverse functions and more obvious effects.        

Raw materials are an important factor in determining the efficacy of fish protein. Fish protein produced with high-quality whole fish has low TVB-N and no loss of methionine and tyrosine. In addition, the product has a low fishy smell and a certain fish flavor. So its efficacy is higher.

The fish protein produced by enzymatic hydrolysis has mild reaction conditions during the production process, the nutrients are not destroyed, the content of polypeptides, oligopeptides and free amino acids is rich, the indexes of each amino acid are balanced, and there is no racemization, however, the process conditions such as the type of enzyme, temperature, pH value, solid-liquid ratio, amount of enzyme added, and time are relatively high. The production of fish protein by bacterial hydrolysis has mild reaction conditions, low cost of raw materials, and no damage to nutrients, but it is strict requirements for bacterial species, low product concentration, difficult to control the degree of production, and long production cycle. The production of fish protein by hydrolysis has a thorough and rapid reaction, but it will cause the destruction of some amino acids and the content of active peptides is low.

Fish protein has comprehensive effects such as improving soil, improving root microbial environment, resisting abiotic stress, providing stable organic nitrogen source for plants and nourish plants, promote plant photosynthesis and other comprehensive effects.
