Fruit tree freezing damage directly affects the yield and quality of fruit, and the economic benefits of fruit farmers will also be adversely affected. As a high-quality organic fertilizer, fish protein organic fertilizer has the function of anti-freezing. When it is used in fruit tree fertilization, it can effectively improve the cold resistance of fruit trees and protect the quality of fruit products. 1. Antifreeze mechanism of fish protein Fish protein organic fertilizer is based on modern biochemical technology, uses fish as raw material. It is a natural organic fertilizer prepared after biochemical reaction extraction. Due to the particularity of its composition, there are more unsaturated fatty acids in the interior. Using these fats, plants can withstand severe cold, and even in cold weather, plants will not be frozen. Moreover, the fish protein organic fertilizer also contains more proline, which plays an effective protective function on the plant cell membrane and prevents it from being damaged.
